Why is my matcha prepared deconstructed?
All Capri Matcha drinks are prepared deconstructed, with the freshly whisked matcha and milk packed separately. This helps preserve the flavor and texture, so you can enjoy your matcha at its best when you're ready to drink it.
Do you include ice?
For longer deliveries, we don't include ice to ensure you enjoy your matcha at its best. Since ice can melt during transit, we recommend adding your own ice upon arrival for the freshest and most flavorful cup.
How do I assemble my matcha?
- Fill the cup with milk with your preferred amount of ice.
- Pour in the freshly whisked matcha.
- Add any included components or extras (such as sea salt cream or toppings).
- Stir or shake well, then enjoy!
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes! We'd love to be part of your office days, events, and special occasions. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your order.

Delivery
- All drinks are served deconstructed to maintain quality.
- For longer deliveries, ice is not included.
- Capri Matcha is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers after pickup.

As our drinks are freshly prepared, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number.
